YELL & TELL endeavors to reduce child abuse by giving children, parents, caregivers and the community tools to prevent and recognize child abuse. Each year in April, which is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, YELL & TELL holds a rally to publicize the problem and crime of child abuse and the need to educate children, parents and caregivers on how to prevent our children from becoming victims.
